No puedo creer que Jack Kirby fuera aún más maravilloso

Colleagues by Jack Kirby

I don’t want to discount the importance of Stan Lee when it comes to the foundation of the Marvel Universe, but I truly believe Kirby was the more important of the two. And the scale is not close.

When I hear and read the words of Kirby i am filled with wonder at the imagination this man had. The concepts that were buzzing through his mind all the time, were out of this world. I do not get that from Stan.

My impression is that Kirby was the engine, and Stan was the guy who brought it all down to Earth for easy consumption.

Posting to the correct blog.

"Me pediste quedarme,
te pedí una razón.
me dijiste que el tiempo
te entregué mi amor,
ahora ardo en silencio
y tú eres un viento de adiós."
